Boss Builders (Wayne Ruble H106)

Empowering Success Now aims to expose middle school participants in the Fontana Unified School District to career pathways in entrepreneurship and business development. Through the “Boss Builders” club pilot program, we will provide experiential, project-based learning opportunities guided by experienced instructors to middle schools. The program includes a comprehensive curriculum, simulated business technology tools to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset, and a final competition where students pitch their businesses to community entrepreneurs, business owners, and thought leaders. 

We envision “Boss Builders” as the bridge preparing students to possess the mindset, skills, and aptitude to think like a boss while learning to uncover life-changing solutions to real-world business challenges and leadership styles that can transform their communities. Our mission is to champion equitable access to entrepreneurship education for all.
